CALA SALON POLICIES
CANCELLATION + NO SHOWS + LATE POLICY
We require a firm 48 hour notice for all cancellations/reschedules. If this is not followed there will be a charge of 50% of your scheduled service. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment without notice you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service and required to provide a valid credit card to book further appointments. If you cancel within the 48 hour period on multiple occasions or no call/ no show CALA salon has the right to put you on a Walk-In only list. Additionally, showing up 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time may result in the appointment being rescheduled to a later date. A late fee will be charged before rebooking.
HAIRCUT ADJUSTMENTS
Notify the salon within one week and we will re-shape or adjust your hair to your satisfaction.We are unable to offer any refunds
HAIRCOLOR ADJUSTMENTS
Notify the salon within one week and we will correct any color service pending a complete consultation and approval of management. We are unable to offer any refunds
RETAIL PRODUCTS
We believe in quality home care products at CALA salon. if you are not satisfied with any product please return it to the salon within one week of the purchase date for credit toward any retail product in our salon
