CIJI WILKES
Owner and Stylist
Ciji is originally from West Tennessee where she attended cosmetology school. She decided to pursue her dreams and move to Nolensville in 2009 to make a life for herself. She is happily married and has two handsome boys. Ciji began her career with Aveda and immediately fell in love with the entire product line, with behind the chair experience since 2006, she loves building strong connections and long term relationships with her clients by helping them express their personalities through the appearance. Ciji is a color and cut specialist and is trained in Invisible Bead Extensions
AMY BELLWOOD
Owner and Stylist
Amy is originally from Michigan, where she attended cosmetology school before deciding to take the leap and move to Nashville—and ultimately, Nolensville! She is a single mom and has an amazing son. Amy worked on her own for 11 years until deciding to pursue her dream with two of her best friends—opening CALA Salon. She has been in the industry since 2004 and began her career with Aveda, coming full circle. She is meticulous in her work and has made it a practice throughout her career to enhance and grow her skill set through continuing education. She specializes in precision-cutting, blonding services, natural effect colors, and is newly certified in IBE hair extensions. Amy is passionate and driven about her work and her clients and is so excited to now be working in Nolensville. She can’t wait to get her hands on some new hair!
LISA ROGERS
Owner and Stylist
Lisa was born and raised in Chicago where she attended cosmetology school at the Aveda Institute. After being a color educator for a salon in Chicago she decided to take a leap of faith and pack up her life and pick a new state. She moved to Nashville in 2011 where she met her husband and planted her roots. After having two beautiful children she knew she was ready for the next chapter in owning a salon with her two best friends. Her one true hair love has always been Aveda. Lisa has always had a passion for hair color and is an extension specialist. She is trained in Invisible Bead Extensions and Natural Beaded Row Extensions. Has been in the industry since 2005. She's happy to be a part of the Nolensville community where she currently resides with her family.
AJ
Level 4 Stylist
AJ is a Tennessee native who fell in love with Nolensville after completing cosmetology school at the Aveda Institute. She has a passion for the beauty industry and everything it has to offer. AJ doesn't have just one favorite service, she loves them all! She strives to preform the best service every time and hopes to leave her guests happy and satisfied. AJ would love to see you in her chair!
INDIA
Level 3 Stylist
India is a recent Tennessee resident who graduated from the Aveda Institute Nashville in 2022. She has a passion for arts and connects her inspiration through bold cuts, vivid colors and blonding services. She loves doing overall beautifying transformations. She loves continuing her education and is so excited to work in Nolensville.
MAKAYLA
Esthetician
Makayla is a Nashville native who graduated from The Aveda Institute in 2021. At a young age her interest in skincare and beauty grew to become a passion that she decided to take to the next step. Her favorite services to offer are facials. The results and relationships that she shares with her clients continues to grow her love for the industry. Makayla is recently certified in lash extensions. She is so excited to meet you and make you feel welcomed
SARAH
Master Stylist
Sarah has lived in Middle TN most of her life and after finding a passion for hair, she graduated from cosmetology school. In 2010, Sarah was introduced to AVEDA and her love for the line blossomed! Behind the chair Sarah enjoys dimensional color (especially blondes), grey coverage, and is a certified balayage specialist.. Her passion for hair cutting has grown from 2010 through years of experience, giving her the ability to provide clients with precision haircuts that make great hair easy every day! Outside the salon, you can find Sarah hiking. cooking, or spending time with her husband and kitties. She loves restaurants, live music, and iced coffee all year round. Sarah is so excited to a part of the Nolensville community and have you in her chair!
STEPHANIE
Master Stylist
Stephanie started working with Aveda products in 2012 and fell in love with them. She enjoys Brazilian blowouts, brunette colors, highlighting with an emphasis on soft natural looks. Steph will always give you the most wonderful guest experience. When she is off she enjoys time with her son, adventures and catching up on shows. She loves cooking and listening to Usher.

Level 4 Stylist
Alex is originally an Iowa girl who has been behind the chair since 2017. She attended the Aveda Institute in Des Moines and has been obsessed with the products and everything Aveda stands for ever since. She has been in the Nashville area since 2018. Alex's passion behind the chair include color, special occasion hair and the relationships she gets to create while doing what she loves. When she's not in the salon you can find her hiking, traveling, or just enjoying a day with her friends. She is excited to be a part of the Nolensville community and can't wait to meet you!
DANIELLE
Level 4 Stylist
Danielle is originally a Michigan girl, but moved around a few times before planting roots in Tennessee in 2016. She grew up watching her mother style hair and developed a passion for it. She has been behind the chair since 2017 and has a love for color, specifically blondes and lived in color as well as building lasting relationships with her clients. When Danielle isn't in the salon, you can find her traveling, reading a good book, spending time with friends and family, or snuggling with her dogs and cats ( as well as any other animal she can find). She is excited to be a part of the Nolensville community.
